Summer ArtCamp!

The Art of Reusing & Recycling at Fort East Martello

June 17 – 21 | 9:00am-3:30pm each day

During this week-long camp, we will learn about artists who push the boundaries of artmaking by using discarded materials. Campers will use the work created by these artists as inspiration for their creations.

  • Ages: 5-9
  • Instructors: Kassandra Collett and Daisy Connolly
  • Location: Fort East Martello. 3501 S. Roosevelt Blvd. ArtCamp! sessions will take place in the Lee Garrison Art Classroom at Fort East Martello Museum. Drop-off (8:45 am – 9 am) and Pick-up (3:30 pm – 4 pm) will take place on the backfield, rain or shine.

Parents will need to fill out the ArtCamp! Emergency Contact Form and Camper Code of Conduct. If you are signing your camper up for multiple camps, only one form will need to be filled out. If you have multiple children attending camp, a form will need to be filled out for each child.

Please pack the items below in a backpack for your camper each day. The bags will be kept in a designated storage area. All items must be labeled with your child’s name.

  • Closed-toe shoes
  • Sun shirt and/or hat
  • Reusable water bottle
