Annual Custom House Holiday Concert & Bazaar

Friday, December 13, 2024 | 5 pm to 9 pm

Join the Key West Art & Historical Society for the Annual Custom House Holiday Concert & Bazaar on Friday, December 13, from 5 pm to 9 pm.  The event is located on the sweeping historic porch and street in front of the Key West Museum of Art & History.  The immensely popular celebration will feature some of the Key West’s finest artisans, musicians and choirs, food and libations, and a holiday light show designed by Key West High School’s Conch 5 Studios, which will be projected on the face of the Custom House.  There will be plenty of food and festive libations at this event that is free and open to the public.

The opulent Bazaar offers shoppers a trove of unique gift options to choose from, including handcrafted jewelry, clothing, textiles, home decor, salt scrubs, rum cake, with eggnog to lift the frazzled ‘final shopping days’ spirits.  Santa will be on hand for last minute requests and ‘selfie’ photos.

Shoppers can enjoy live holiday music and, after dark and throughout the evening, Conch 5 Studios Key West High School Students will wow guests with a magical vector projections light show on the face of the museum, an annual crowd favorite.

Set-up: NOON – 3 PM | Breakdown: After 9:15 PM

KWAHS will be in contact with all vendors the week of the event to schedule a load-in time.

This event is free and open to the public. There will be plenty of food and festive libations.

Porch vendors will need to provide their own 6’ banquet table (only 1 per booth fee) and display equipment for their 6’ x 8’ space.  Street-level vendors will be provided with a designated 10’x 10’ space and will need to provide their own infrastructure and battery powered lighting.  All vendors will need weights for their tents.  All food vendors must register for a space in Park Lot East or West – no exceptions.  Spaces are first come, first served.

The Society will provide all advertising and promotion, but encourage you to help raise awareness. Marketing includes, but is not limited to, KWAHS social media, local print publications and several radio stations with live remotes from the event.
