December 5, 2018 – (Key West, FL). Key West Art & Historical Society Presents Spectacular Holiday Concert & Bazaar at Custom House Museum

Immerse in festive holiday spirit at Key West Art & Historical Society’s Holiday Concert & Bazaar on Wednesday, December 19from 5:00-9:00pm, happening on the sweeping porch and promenade of the Custom House Museum, 281 Front Street. The immensely popular celebration, now in its third year, will feature some of Key West’s finest artisans, musicians and choirs, food and libations, free entrance to the museum and its two stories of exhibits, and a dazzling holiday light show.

Revelers can pose for “selfie” photos with very special guests from the North Pole, Santa and Mrs. Claus, all while enjoying live music and holiday “cheer” offerings including eggnog, champagne, and delicious food, along with some free refreshments provided by Margaritaville Key West Resort & Marina. After dark and throughout the evening, “Conch 5 Studios” Key West High School Students will wow guests with a magical vector projections light show on the face of the Custom House, an annual crowd favorite.

The opulent Bazaar offers gift shoppers a trove of options to choose from, including handcrafted jewelry, clothing, textiles, home décor, fine art and fine art photography, confections, stationary, and other tempting delights from area artisans and vendors, with First State Bank on hand to provide mobile ATM services.

Live holiday music will fill the air throughout the evening, performed by the Horace O’Bryant Middle School Steel Pan Band under the direction of Nora Revelin, Music Room students under the direction of Robin Kaplan, the Blessed Community Choir under the direction of Lynne Casamayor, The Grateful Guitar Ukulele Gang, Larry Smith & Christine Cordone, Joe Dallas, and others.

Adding to the holiday cheer, from 5:00 to 7:00pm Society members can also enjoy a VIP Member Lounge in the Bumpus Gallery and a 30% discount (normally 20% for members) in the Custom House Museum Store.

The magnificent four-story ‘architectural crown jewel’ of Key West, the Custom House Museum, is to serve as the canvas for a spectacular holiday light show presented by Key West High School’s ‘Conch 5 Studios’ students at the Wednesday, December 19, Key West Art & Historical Society Holiday Concert & Bazaar. Last years spectacular attracted more than 3,000 attendees.
