A Sultry Southern Night in Celebration of Tennessee Williams

Step onto the veranda, sip something strong, and prepare for an evening steeped in Southern charm and simmering drama as we launch the 2026 Tennessee Williams Key West Festival with our annual Garden Party & Fundraiser.  This year, we raise our glasses in honor of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Williams’ searing portrait of desire, deceit, and family fireworks beneath the magnolia-scented heat of the Mississippi Delta.

Hosted in the lush gardens of 1207 Whitehead Street — the home of Dennis Beaver and Bert Whitt, founders of the Tennessee Williams Museum — this unforgettable evening supports the Museum’s preservation and programming.

Expect a high-end open bar, Southern-inspired hors d’oeuvres prepared on site, live jazz that lingers in the night air, a silent auction full of intrigue and indulgence, and a few other games.

Come dressed to impress and help keep Tennessee Williams’ legacy alive in the heart of Key West.
