Grimal Grove invites you to take a step back into time, to slow down, smell the frangipanis and relish the conch culture. A special grove tour will be led by Dr. Cori Convertito, curator and historian of Key West Art & Historical Society. In addition to new age cooking techniques done on old school conch recipes, CARIBE of Key West will be filling the grove with a mix of Latino and Cubano rhythms.
A percentage of proceeds will go to the Grimal Grove youth program. This program brings the local youth to the Grove to show the importance of food sovereignty, how fruits are grown, and where some of their food comes from.
What’s Included:
THE GROVE FLOW

Dr. Cori Convertito will lead guests through the grove while speaking on the History of Florida foodways. This tour will lead guests to our tropical table set in our tropical food forest.
The evening will be filled with Latino & Cubano rhythms by CARIBE of Key West.
