DescriptionFreestanding sculpture by Stanley Papio depicting an aqua painted shield-shaped flat sign, above which a grotesque face with an extended tongue and hands raised upward. Holds a stick with ring in end in proper left hand from which hung a white sheet steel balance (now missing). Hangs by a chain around the neck and was originally attached to ax of 1987.01.3023. Sign reads 'All Work Cash 'Mim' $7.00 Plus Tax & Mat Labour $18.00 per hr'.
