Contract between The First National Bank of Key West and architect William Kerr regarding the construction of a bank on the corner of Duval and Front streets. Contains specifications concerning the construction. The contract is dated July 20, 1896. The First National Bank was once located at 420 Front Street. The two part contract was placed on board and used in a display in Wachovia Bank (at the same location).
