September 15, 2025 – (KEY WEST, FL). The Key West Art & Historical Society is now accepting vendor applications for ZombieLand, the lively and family-friendly pre-party to the annual Zombie Bike Ride, one of the most anticipated events of Fantasy Fest. This year’s ZombieLand will take place on Sunday, October 19, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on the Parade Grounds of the historic Fort East Martello Museum, located at 3501 South Roosevelt Boulevard.

Each year, thousands of costumed revelers gather at Fort East Martello for an unforgettable kickoff to the Zombie Bike Ride. The event offers a full slate of activities for all ages, including a dedicated kids’ zone with bounce houses and games, live local entertainment on the main stage, and talented face and body painters ready to perfect every zombie look. Guests can also browse a curated selection of local art and handmade goods, enjoy a wide variety of food trucks and culinary delights, and unwind with beverages from a full bar featuring beer, wine, and specialty drinks.

The Society is calling on a wide range of vendors – food vendors, face and body artists, jewelers, craftspeople, performers, and local nonprofits – to join this year’s festivities. This is a high-visibility opportunity to engage with a large, diverse audience in a high-energy setting that celebrates local culture and creativity.

“ZombieLand brings together everything people love about Key West, our art, our sense of fun, our community spirit, and of course, our love of the unusual,” says Bonnie McInnis, Events Manager at the Key West Art & Historical Society. “It’s an incredible event that supports a great cause, and we’re thrilled to welcome both new and returning vendors to be part of it.”
Vendor spaces are limited and expected to fill quickly. Interested parties must submit their applications no later than October 15, 2025, to ensure placement. All vendor details, requirements, and registration forms can be found online at kwahs.org/zombie.
