Two Hour Historic Harbor Tour with Peggy Coontz on the S/V Argo Navis talking about the work of the Key West Wildlife Center

Sail into historic exploration with Key West Wildlife Center Animal Care Director Peggy Coontz aboard the luxury sailing catamaran Argo Navis

On Friday, April 17, Peggy will lead an illuminating morning seafaring excursion presented by Key West Art & Historical Society aboard the luxury catamaran SV Argo Navis, departing from the dock at 0 Margaret Street at 9:00 a.m. and returning at 11:00 a.m.

Passengers will enjoy Bloody Marys, mimosas or non-alcoholic beverages along with lite breakfast fare as Peggy discusses the work of the Key West Wildlife Center. The Center provides rescue and rehabilitative care to over 1400 wild birds annually. They also provide rescue services for sea turtles, tortoises, as well as marine and land mammals. They provide 24-hour emergency rescue services for wildlife in Key West and the Lower Keys with a focus on rescuing, rehabilitating, and returning our avian patients to the wild.

Space is limited to 50 passengers – early registration is recommended.
