Student Workshop | Scars and Scabs, Wounds and Gore

14-October from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Crystal Smith, professional makeup artist and team leader of Key West Body Designs, has honed her skills working with the Sci-Fi Channel’s Skin Wars and Face Off crews. Join Crystal as she hosts a theatrical makeup class that will provide a family-friendly “Scars and Scabs, Wounds and Gore” workshop that teaches hands-on skills using latex and household products to transform individuals into the Undead!  Small kits will be included to take home as well as step-by-step instructions on everything you learned in the class.  Bring a partner, or you can practice on yourself.

Ages 6-12 (Please note that due to the intensive nature of our camps, we are unable to accommodate campers under 6 years old)

Instructor: Crystal Smith

Camp Details:

In addition to registering online, we will require a more detailed form for emergency purposes. The ArtCamp! 2019 registration form and Camper Code of Conduct will be emailed to you and must be completed before the commencement of camp.

Camp starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. To ensure the comfort of your child throughout the day, we have included a list of essentials. Please pack these items in a beach bag that can be left at the camp. The bags will be kept in a designated storage area. It is important that all items be labeled with your child’s name.
