Key West Art & Historical Society Calls for Outrageous Art

Key West Art & Historical Society seeks short-term loans of Captain Outrageous artwork to exhibit in “That’s Outrageous!,”  a Captain Outrageous retrospective set to open Friday, April 13 and run through Sunday, June 24 in the Bryan Gallery at the Custom House Museum. It’s the first major exhibition to examine the artwork of the colorful character who made the world his canvas and painted thousands of items – bicycles, scooters, furniture, clothing, mannequins, cars, camper vans, sinks, musical instruments, telephones, and even toilet seats.
