Inspired by the A Streetcar Named Desire theme, Chef Martha Hubbard of Unity Table at Williams Hall will prepare a four-course meal celebrating New Orleans cuisine. The Southern devotion to good food and, in some sectors, good drink, not surprisingly plays a major role in the plays of Williams.
