Pirate Camp @ Fort East Martello | Key West | Florida | United States

Ages 5-14 (Please note that due to the intensive nature of our camps, we are unable to accommodate 4 year olds)

Join us for a week of pirate themed activities. The children will make pirate pouches to collect treasure on a nature walk, make personalized pirate flags, learn authentic pirate knots and lashings, participate in a treasure hunt with puzzles and riddles and compete in a day long water battle for ‘the booty’. No Pirate Camp would be complete without a trip to Fort Zachary Taylor to learn how to defend a fort.

Camp Details

In addition to registering online, we will require a more detailed form for emergency purposes. The ArtCamp! 2018 registration form and Camper Code of Conduct will be emailed to you and must be completed before the commencement of camp.
Camp starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. To ensure the comfort of your child throughout the day, we have included a list of essentials. Please pack these items in a beach bag that can be left at the camp. The bags will be kept in a designated storage area. It is important that all items be labeled with your child’s name. This year the Star of the Sea Foundation had kindly offered to provide free lunches for your campers. The menu will change from week to week. A sample menu has been included with your registration package. If you would like your child to receive lunch at no additional cost, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.
